Etsy variation and SKU mismatch checklist

Variation risk checks should look for blank SKUs, blank variation text, one SKU used for multiple different options, one option mapped to multiple SKUs, and high-volume SKUs with no cost record. These checks are offline QA only; they do not modify an Etsy shop.

Checklist

1. Review Item Name, SKU, Variations, and Quantity together.
2. Flag missing SKU or missing variation values before importing cost assumptions.
3. Look for the same SKU attached to clearly different option text.
4. Export a fix list and update Etsy manually after review.
