SKU cost template for Etsy POD, handmade, and gifts

A practical Etsy SKU cost table should include SKU, material cost, packaging cost, labor minutes, labor rate, shipping cost, transaction extra cost, other cost, target margin, and notes. Missing SKU costs are one of the fastest ways for a profitable-looking order to become a loss after fees.

Template fields

1. Use one row per sellable SKU or variation SKU.
2. Enter labor as minutes and hourly rate so handmade time is visible.
3. Keep shipping cost separate from buyer-paid shipping revenue.
4. Set a target margin per SKU when some products need a higher buffer.
